Meet the Staff
Cheri
Cheri was a patient at McCallum Orthodontics when she was 15 years old and loved orthodontics so much she made it her career! She is a SC Board Certified Orthodontic assistant and certified radiology technician. After many years with direct patient care, she moved to office manager. Cheri takes care of all of the fun stuff that keeps the office running! Cheri has been with McCallum Orthodontics for over 30 years and knows every aspect of patient care, from chair side to office manager, she’s seen it all. We couldn’t do it without her! She is married and has one son. Cheri feels that she has been more than blessed with her work family (she dearly loves them all) and the many families she has had the pleasure of working with to improve their smiles. Cheri loves living life to the fullest riding on her husband’s Harley, traveling and spending time with family and friends!
Amanda
Amanda has been with McCallum Orthodontics for 19 years. She is a certified orthodontic assistant and is certified radiology technician. She enjoys all aspects of clinical orthodontics as well as laboratory 3D printing. When not working on patients, she can usually be found in the lab fabricating appliances. Amanda’s favorite part of her job is watching patients self esteem improve as their smile improves. She can’t imagine working in any other profession. She loves her job and coworker family. She has two children and enjoys spending time with them an grilling out. She also enjoys watching college football. We are very fortunate to have such a talented and experienced assistant!
Pam
Pam is our treatment coordinator and has worked with McCallum Orthodontics since 1996. She is a certified radiology technician. Pam has 23 years of experience in patient treatment and insurance coordination. She works exceptionally hard to make certain every patient receives their insurance benefits. She loves her coworkers and enjoys helping patients work toward a more confident smile. Pam is married and has a son and two daughters. In her free time she loves to watch college football (Go Gators!) and enjoys cooking. If you ever need any help with insurance or coordinating treatment she is the one to see!
Amy
Amy has been assisting with McCallum Orthodontics for 19 years. She is a SC Board Certified Orthodontic assistant and a certified radiology technician. Amy loves seeing patients and being involved in their lives by transforming their smiles. Amy says I wouldn’t really call what I do a “Job””. Amy is married and recently celebrated her 30th Anniversary! She has 3 daughters and 4 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys grilling with my friends and watching the SC Gamecocks! We are very blessed to have Amy’s experience at our office.
